About Me and This Site

Hi, I'm an Enterprise Support Manager with a background in IT and technical support. I currently manage a team of Technical Account Managers at AWS in Seattle, where we work with strategic customers to ensure they have the best possible experience with AWS and Premium Support.

Previously, I have held various roles in the IT field. I have worked as a Technical Account Manager for AWS, an IT Manager for Timberland Regional Library, a Cloud Support Engineer for AWS, a Systems Administrator for The Evergreen State College, an IT Specialist for Green River Community College, an IT Specialist for Washington State University, and an IT Systems Technician for the Idaho Department of Juvenile Corrections.

Throughout my career, I have gained a wide range of experience in managing IT operations and telecommunications, providing technical and architectural guidance, supporting escalations, event management, and usage reporting. I have also managed teams of IT specialists and have experience with a range of technologies including Windows and Linux servers, VMware, SCCM, XenApp, Active Directory, WSUS, SharePoint, and more.

In my current role as an Enterprise Support Manager, I advocate for our customers and ensure that they have the necessary support and guidance to succeed with AWS. I am dedicated to delivering the highest level of service and helping our customers achieve their goals.

This site is just a personal space to test some technology. It's currently made with Gatsby and Netlify CMS, saved on GitHub, and published to CloudFlare Pages.
